Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
From time to time, Tiny Haven may offer free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are shipped from different fulfillment partners or warehouses.
If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Tiny Haven is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
